When you’re trying to rid yourself of stretch marks, start by eating food rich in vitamin E and C or take daily supplements. The particular vitamins help with tissue growth and cell regeneration. Other options include lotions and oils. Cocoa butter is a common solution, but you can create an easy homemade lotion. Mix an ounce of carrier oil and an avocado with 5 drops of lavender essential oil and 3 drops of chamomile essential oil. This mixture promotes the healing of tissue.
