Tip of the Week

Many holistic medicines and remedies can also be used on pets, but it’s important to do some research first to make sure your pet will not experience any adverse effects. Natural remedies can reduce the need of harmful chemicals that some drugs, flea baths and other pet care products contain.
All of my cats and dogs receive massages, and it makes our bonding time more special. I can tell they enjoy it. Plus, it helps increase their circulation and enables me to check for any abnormalities (such as lumps under the skin and skin discoloration). If you’re a fan of holistic pet care, you should be on the look out for a holistic veterinarian in your area. Some vets are even licensed to do pet acupuncture.
