Tip of the Week

Next week I’ll be starting a yoga class I signed up for, and I’m pretty excited about it. Although I know a few yoga poses, I’ve never been taught the proper positions. I hope to gain strength, muscle tone, and most importantly a sense of calm over my life (a lot to ask for, I know). I’ll be posting a couple follow-up blogs to let you know how the class is going. Maybe it will inspire you to try yoga out for yourself. I’ve only spoken to one person who has taken this same class in previous years, and I was surprised to learn that not many people follow through. I think I will enjoy it, and I hope to gain some knowledge that I can share with you.
