Tip of the Week

Last week I had to miss my yoga class, because my allergies were bothering me, but I still have a few yoga sessions left. So far, I think I have become stronger and more conscious of my body. For example, I notice that when I’m nervous or stressed out, I take shallow breaths. For me, the best part of yoga is breathing. Normally I don’t pay attention to my breaths, but during yoga I get plenty of oxygen, which I think is part of the reason why I feel refreshed afterwards.
