Lower Blood Pressure

Many factors can affect your blood pressure. Some include weight, activity level, tobacco use, sodium and potassium intake, stress, alcohol consumption, age and genetics. You might eat well and be slim, but you can still have high blood pressure due to one of the factors above.
One of the first ways to help lower your blood pressure is to cut back on certain things such as food, alcohol and tobacco or start exercising more.
